How do I set my prices?
In the app, open your profile and set a price per message and per minute for voice and video calls. You can change them any time.
How do payouts work?
Earnings land in your Tribe wallet. Withdraw to mobile money whenever your balance is above the minimum payout.
What if a paid message is not delivered?
Raise a dispute from the message. Our team reviews it and refunds the payment when the content was not as described.
Can I block or report someone?
Yes. Open the person’s profile, tap the menu and choose Block or Report. Our moderation team reviews every report.
